It’s really like going on a cruise. Everything is included. I would definitely recommend the place. Everybody is so friendly and helpful. My family member tells me they take good care of her. Most of the time she’s pleased the food. She likes the activities. I think it’s a great value, especially compared to the last place she was at.

I would recommend to find somewhere else other than this community. I am not my happiest here and I am looking to move if it is possible and if not I hope that things get better and change here.

I thought The Arbors was a very nice place. They just didnt have anything larger than a studio. If they had more options, it would have been better.

Make sure that your loved one is able to care for themselves enough to exist in the community. We researched it and thought it would be okay. But my mom needed a little more attention than they were able to provide, which was quite a problem for me. They did not handle my mom well. I don’t think that they evaluated her properly. The people who lived at Arbors were a little more advanced than she was. She needed more care, which they did not have the staff or ability to provide. It wasn’t a bad facility – it just wasn’t right for my mom. And I felt like they cared more about getting their rent and getting her in there than their ability to take care of her.

When you walk into the Arbors in the Director Amys office as u walk in, there is the cutest most adorable golden doodle dog looking out at you with his scarf on. His name is Finn something and later when I was hanging out with my mom she brought him into the big room to visit with the residents. They loved him and everyone was calling him over, but the BEST was seeing how my Mom lit up when she saw him and got to pet him. Way to go Arbors! We love you.
