Bethel’s administration worked with me and the facility to expedite review of his case and upon nurse approval, transport to Springvale Inn. Upon arrival, my father and sister were greeted by the director. My father’s case manager then showed them to the suite they had readied. They were quickly joined by other support staff who warmly greeted him and got him settled.
