The people there were amazing from the highest level there all the way to house keeping was amazing. Their willingness to work with our in laws was incredible, very attentive and very accommodating and just did everything they could to make them happy. The community is also spotless and beautiful.
We toured The Sheridan and it was a beautiful facility but it was brand new at the time so there was not a lot going on since there weren’t many residents yet.

They really did a good job with the cleanliness of the community and clean once a week, although that probably increased as a result of the community lock down during the Covid-19 pandemic. The building is brand new as well. The staff addresses any issues or problems immediately and they are extremely nice. I went to the community every day and not once did I experience a bad comment and they were all very polite. There were never any issues with the care. They were constantly taking the residents for outings outside of the community. Compared to the other communities in the area, we definitely think The Sheridan is a great value. My father-in-law has a balcony in his unit, he has some extra space.
