There will be 116 residential suites throughout six floors with retail space on the ground level. Studio, one and two bedroom suites will all be available, with elegant amenities in each floor plan. In addition to individualized wellness support plans, the community will also feature various lifestyle amenities for residents, such as a pool, gym, beauty salon, movie theater, pub, indoor and outdoor courtyards as well as outdoor patios.

We selected the new and vibrant Cameron Park development so our residents will be part of a growing and exciting community. There are so many families in the Alexandria and Northern Virginia area who want a quality experience for their parents close to where they live and work.

On June 7, 2018, Brandywine Living welcomed 600 guests to the Grand Opening Celebration of their 29th community, Brandywine Living at Alexandria. The celebration featured live music, gourmet food, cocktails, dessert, raffles and a luxurious beach towel gift for each guest.
Guests included Alexandria Mayor, Allison Silberberg, Alexandria Chamber of Commerce CEO, Joe Haggerty, Alexandria City Council candidate, Dak Hardwick and many community dignitaries, physicians, therapists, caregivers, and invited guests, all who were shown the many amenities and luxury touches throughout the building by Brandywine tour guides.
The community also joined in the celebration of Bea Boboteks birthday, Brandywine Living at Alexandrias very first resident. Mayor Allison Silberberg and Brenda J. Bacon, President and CEO of Brandywine Living, had the honor of leading the birthday cake cutting ceremony.
Other programs at the community include: Escapades for Life!, All Day Dining, licensed nursing on-site all day/all night, Brandywines award-winning programming for those with memory care needs, and much more.

The Silverado Alexandria Memory Care Community is one of Northern Virginia’s most significant memory care communities for seniors experiencing memory and/or cognitive impairment. ALEXANDRIA, VABrandywine Living at Alexandria held its grand opening on Thursday, June 7.
The six-story assisted living community includes 116 suites above ground level retail and below grade parking. Residents will have amenities such as a therapy pool, gym, interior and exterior courtyards, private dining room, a movie theater, pub and beauty salon. Its resident programs offer educational, entertainment, and health and wellness choices tailored to each resident’s needs and desires.
