Many here have dogs and are not physically able to pick up poo. Its everywhere. Lots of smokers. Most residents are either bedridden or in wheelchairs or motorized carts. With few exceptions staff is foreign, treat residents like cows. Food is worse than prison. High carb, low protein. Carpets are stained, never cleaned. Manager, Michelle, is rude to the point of verbally abusive. Executive Director, is as ignorant as Cuomo, in NY. The facility is operating as insurance pay and private pay for each resident, insisting on taking all but $100 of SS benefit while soaking long term Acchs for $2000 to $7000 per month for same resident. No professional nursing care is available. No doctors. Rehab people are not allowed in. Neither is family. Lockdown threat for doctor visits are 14 days to room. Not a good plaice to get trapped in.
