I was admitted for post operative rehabilitation on September 1st,2020.The outside physical appearance is beautiful, however whats going on inside this facility is quite alarming.The staff is stretched thin covering 10 to 14 residents CNAs documenting on pieces of paper to be entered in the chart whenever time permits. Equipment for vitals sometimes dont work efficiently. I spent 11 days there and had to question many of their practices and procedures.The call light was usually not answered until 15 to 20 minutes later.Overall COVID-19 dictated numerous changes. There was no clear explanation or understanding when food was delivered cold and in a cardboard box.Youre in Quarantined I was told. I would no recommend this place to anyone I know.
