What was represented in the beginning is not at all what we got. There is a major lack of communication between staff. My father passed away and they are still billing us for this month and next month. We had a terrible experience with them and would never recommend to others.
I like living here. I like the people. I love the food. The staff is very helpful.
I lived here for 8 years. I enjoy everyone that lives here. I have back up if needed.
I think this is a very nice place. I’m able to have my two cats with me and I’ve not had any problems with staff. I’ve been able to stay in the area where I had my first property to have my mom on and I do miss it, but know this will work better for me. I’m fortunate to have access to something this nice.
I am thankful to be here I wasn’t able to be on my own anymore, but they give me what I need here. I also have friends, I didn’t have that when I lived alone.
Well I live in AL and my wife lives in memory care. Its a good place to live since they can help you with all sorts of care levels.
I love Brookdale Redmond I started there almost 6 years ago as a caregiver. The friendly atmosphere give you the opportunity to advance in the company if you have passion for it.
There is some very nice workers here. They seem to know what there doing. They are always there for me and my dog.
