They take really good care of this community. This is a very inviting community. They have all of the residents frequently interacting with each other they also take lunches with each other for outings to different restaurants. My loved one is happy here. They also even took them on an outing up into the mountains and saw different things.
We chose Chandler Place because of the price point. she was able to have a roommate so it brought the price down, they are pet friendly, and it is a nice looking facility that looks comfortable and not institutional. It was a pleasant place and ended up being a good fit for my mom. I think that they have as a family members always treated me very well. They are quick to call if anything is up and they are informative. I would recommend them to others looking.
When we first came to this community our loved one was placed into the assisted living which was very nice. After awhile he was moved to memory care which was the complete opposite. Our loved one seemed to enjoy the food, but the rooms were very small, not private at all and anyone could walk into the rooms at any time. \

It’s been good, and I would recommend them. If I’m minor nitpicking, their accounting is a little wonky, but everything has been correct. I have been there and eaten dinner, the accommodations are very nice. The people are very nice, it really has improved his life. The lady from Brookdale came to the hospital and met with the social worker, and got us all together and were able to convince him that this would be the right move, and we are very happy. I feel they went above and beyond to help us. The have done a good job of facilitating his doctors appointments. They have an activities bus that take them for rides, and activities, it’s really great.
