DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! This place has a new director who does not care about residents, employees, safety, or basic human decency! My mom would go hours without begin changed or turned causing medications to be withheld and hospice orders to be ignored for days. Cannot keep any staff longer than a few days to weeks due to poor working environment. This place is GROSSLY NEGLIGENT, UNSAFE, and inhumane!
Colonial oaks was a good match for my husband. They were patient with him as he was a combative patient. The facility was clean and newly decorated.

We enjoy all the activities they have to offer, there is always something going on for the residents. They have different readings where the residents can listen to different story books, there are church services and different board games. Everything is pretty easily accessible, the hallways are shorter and residents don’t have to walk to far. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others
