I have toured the well maintained and secure property of Eagle Trace and participated in the grand opening of their memory care building. They have thought of everything to meet the needs of the residents and their families. There is state of the art communication from the residents rooms, from monitoring whether or not the residents has any motion in their rooms after certain times in the morning, motion activated lighting in the restrooms. There are capabilities to monitor the residents while allowing privacy and dignity. The community is light with lights and large windows allowing the residents to see out and desire to go out to participate in activities that are available daily. The staff is friendly and welcoming to all who visit and you can be assured visitors must have appointments before entering the property.

PROTECT YOURSELF BY UNDERSTANDING THE CONTRACT! Eagles Trace is a wonderful independent living community. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, the food is very good and the staff is amazing and extremely helpful. We had several medical emergencies where the knowledgeable and caring staff went above and beyond. They were very genuine and actually became friends who were truly concerned. My parents were the ones who were living at Eagles Trace, however, our family was there on a regular basis to visit and assist them. Then, the sad day came when it was time to move out of the apartment. This is my warning to anyone reading the contract. Ask questions and be sure you understand the terms. We felt that we understood the terms, however, when someone is moving in, it is easy to gloss over what happens when you move out. Our memories at Eagles Trace are wonderful, however, it is sad to lose a loved one and receive an exorbitant invoice at the same time. Before signing the contract, please proceed with caution and be aware that the day will come when you too will be receiving the final invoice and that is not the time to be caught off guard. Be sure to carefully and thoroughly document the move out condition of the whole apartment. Take photos of the entire apartment including bathroom fixtures, cabinets, etc., before you leave. These photos could come in handy and save you a lot of money when discussing the validity of the final charges!

My mom was at Eagles Trace for 4 months before suddenly passing. Great apartments, but poor care & communication.They raised the monthly rent +10% the 3rd month she was there. Food was good, but almost always ran out of entrees.Nursing issued appointments, and switched people without notice. Initially told because she smoked thered be an extra $1200 to repaint, etc it was more than twice that! Theyll charge you for a whole months meals even if you move in with a few days in that month. Overall poor.

I Visited This Facility
I liked Eagle’s Trace. It was nice. It had lots of land around it. The staff is really nice, informative, and they have good food. It wasn’t a big and open facility, but it’s really pretty and nice inside. I didn’t see anything that needed updating. It’s very serene and quiet. The people were moving around and talking, and there were a lot of activities. I was truly impressed with everything. They go places to see and do things on the bus, they have cards, bingo, and social hours.
