I think this is a place that really cares a lot for the residents They have been caring for my parents as their own family since we can’t go there right now during COVID. They are not just caregivers. I would recommend this community to other families. We chose this community because they had availability for the room and space my parents needed, the price was less than some places we visited, and it had a bright and cheery surroundings. It took some effort by our family to get what we needed for our parents but we have been able to work collaboratively with the staff and they have really taken our input to provide my parents best care possible….. The helpfulness of the staff members could be improved as well as the care services. We aren’t sure if we were expecting more but it does not seem like much actual care is going on there. The meals are about middle of the road. The value for cost seems on par with other communities in the area, but underwhelming for the services being offered.
