Community Details At Brookdale Augusta

Elmcroft | The Augusta Chronicle

Activities Offsite

Being out of town we are not able to really visit but the times we have visited the community is very clean and well managed. On the tour we felt that Brookdale was a good size, we do not really care for the big ones with worries of our loved one getting lost and it not feeling as homey. The staff are able to really get to know all the residents on a personal level and we are very pleased with that. All the staff are so personable and helpful. We also really like the fact that a lot of the staff have been there for many many years.

I had a very good tour experience with Brookdale Augusta and I really liked the facility a lot. Unfortunately they did not have the large, spacious apartment that I was looking for.

The day I came in for a tour everyone made my mom feel at home. I was introduced to each staff member and they all gave me a detailed description of their role. I was really impressed to know that staff had been employed in the community for over 2 decades. The welcome was so warm and the staff seemed more like family than coworkers. I am looking forward to moving mom to her home away from home. I would give 10 stars if ten was an option.

Brookdale Augusta cares for my aunt. She loves it there. The care staff goes above and beyond to make her feel at home. Management team is wonderful, they are always going out of their way to make my life easier. I live out of town, and they do whatever they can to help me.

Steph here was very receptive. Shout out to Miss Leah and forgive me, but I forget my sister from my hometown of New York that came out for the home visit.Miss Leah kept me informed and just took a lot of pressure off me thank you thank you and give her a raise!!!

I like how residents are treated with dignity and respect. The facility is amazing and I love the devotionals they have for their residents. Its comforting to know that the residents are being kept safe with covid protocols still in place, such as requiring masks inside the building still. Elmcroft is the safest place for senior citizens to live in the midst of the pandemic. Very relaxing environment.
