Evergreen Senior Living Reviews
My mom is a very satisfied resident at Evergreen Senior Living. The staff is amazing and attentive. They all learned my mom’s name and preferences the first week she was there. The food is great and there are fun activities to plug into every day. We can’t say enough good things about the place. Highly recommend!!!
My mother really likes this place. As do I. My only complaint lies with the building manager Debbie. I’ve spoken to her on many ocassions over the last year regarding emergency/fire evacuation procedures for staff and residents. My mother and all of the residents I’ve spoken to, have not a clue what to expect when the fire alarm goes off, and it does go off periodically. Debbie tells me she’s “working on” more training for staff and residents. Unfortunately I see no progress.I really like most everything about this place. My mother loves it here. But I worry about the safety of her and the other residents.I intend to speak with someone higher up than Debbie the building manager, as well as someone from the local fire department. I’m sure there are building code violations taking place in regards to fire/emergency procedures.
