Grand Villa of Delray West has activities for the seniors, like speakers that come in, they also show movies, and they have entertainment that comes in. They serve three meals a day. If you need to go to an appointment they do have a bus to take you, but my father has a car and still drives, so he hasn’t used that service yet. The place seems lovely, but the issue is the food, not that it’s bad, but the variety is not enough.

We moved into Grand Villa of Delray West. It is everything we want in a retirement home. It is very comfortable. They have a swimming pool and an exercise room. Activities are posted every day, but we have not done anything yet. The staff are very caring. Everything is clean and new. For the food, it is nothing great, but it is not bad.

So far, the experience has been really good. Marni who is in charge of leasing was excellent! Answered a ton of questions and showed us around on multiple visits. Plus, introduced my mom to a number of people pre/post moving in. That was super helpful in our decision making process.
They say they are going to do activities and then they do not do them or they cancel them – that has been my loved ones biggest complaint.
There is much room for improvement with the meals and dining service, the servers can be rude. The apartments are nice but the kitchen appliances need updating.
Each time I travel here from Los Angeles to visit with my Sister, the Staff is very helpful and take the time to speak with me. Clean and professional.
Feels like home is what it truly means. Love this place
