Overall very good- but they help is from excellent to poor maybe because the payer then mostly very good. Who are not very accommodating.

They did some things well, and it was a clean facility. But we had some issues with our loved one’s medication. Them not understanding her pain levels along with her Alzheimer’s was not a good combination. We had to go around and around with them on that. But once hospice took over, it was a little more manageable. I would not recommend it for someone with stage 4 cancer with Alzheimer’s. Other than that it was great.
