I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/past Resident
We had my mom at HarborChase of Gainesville for a while. It was very nice, very well-kept, and clean. Overall, we had a very good experience there. We did the assisted living side for a while, but it was a little bit too much for my mom. Nevertheless, we were very impressed with the staff. They were very good. I was very impressed with the directors and I think they were topnotch. They were very involved. If there’s ever something you’re not happy with, they’re on top of it. Their activities director was wonderful as far as involving the residents in activities. They would take them on field trips, they have arts and crafts, and sing-a-longs, which I thought was very good for the residents with dementia, and they play games like Family Feud, which the residents seem to really like. I thought their activities were good.
