Job Posting For Floor Lead/resident Care Coordinator Assistant At Harmony Hills Assisted Living At Midvale
– Train med techs/CNAS
– Go through the cart/ med related supplies in residents rooms 2 times a week, let Resident Care Coordinator know of meds that need to be ordered or handled.- Work the floor often, as well as being on call every other shift, and every other weekend for Resident Care Coordinator.- File paperwork that Resident Care Coordinator has for you.- Keeps track of low supplies, gives list to administration monthly.- Go through overflow cart for expired meds and discontinued meds- Go through binders in Resident Care Coordinators office, update all of them with the proper information monthly.- Use med tech computer and add all of residents information into caresuit update monthly.- Make emergency folders for each resident to keep in the CNA office.- Check in with Resident Care Coordinator twice a week to see if there is anything you can do and check in on everything.
The Care Coordinator reports to the Health Services Director and Executive Director/ Nurse of Harmony Hills. The Care Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the primary duties as outlined by the Health Services Director and Executive Director of Harmony Hills. These essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Demonstrate positive interpersonal relations in dealing with employees, residents, residents’ families, visitors, and co-workers in a professional, confidential manner.
Make informative, decisive decisions and inform the staff of all major changes and/or changes to policy.

Harmony Hills Closed By State Regulators
The Utah Department of Health Bureau of Health Facility Licensing and Certification revoked the license of Harmony Hills Assisted Living in Lehi on Monday, January 31. 2022. The facility, located at 564 W. Main Street, housed dozens of residents who were asked to vacate. Friends and relatives have been rushing to find replacement housing for their loved ones and to move them and their belongings.
The Utah State Department of Health investigations found violations over and over and there was no effort to take care of them, said Tiffany Brown, a former employee of Harmony Hills. Browns mother is a resident at the facility. Browns family is frantically looking to find another location for their mother to live.
According to the notice posted on the entrance to the facility, a conditional license was issued on December 13, 2021. Due to continued non-compliance the business was closed, and no new residents are allowed.
Employees at the facility said, there were problems with management, when asked why the facility was closing.
Brown indicated violations included mismanagement of residents prescriptions and medications, restraints, and other issues. Its been worse since COVID, said Brown. Its been an ongoing problem.
Brown was a former certified nursing assistant and hairdresser for residents. I learned to love Lehi and the residents of Harmony Hills. I saw multiple signs of problems in December.
