Just can’t say enough about how helpful and honest the staff was on our visit.
We thought Keystone Place was very nice but very expensive. The person who gave us the tour was terrific. The place was wonderful, and the location was ideal. They just wanted too much money.
It is a wonderful community for your loved one. There are a lot of activities available for the residents. The staff are outgoing, friendly, kind, and helpful. The community is clean. Everyone knows everyone.
We chose this facility because of the convenience to where he grew up and lived also we had a family member who was working here at the time. The staff have all been very friendly. They do have a lot more men in this facility, so they have activities geared towards men and women. They have trips every Thursday too where the van will take them out and on the way back they stop for ice cream. They have a pub inside the facility if you want to go listen to music and grab a drink. They have tons of things going on each day. Overall it has been a good experience and I would definitely recommend to others looking.
The staff is friendly, they have good follow up, and they provide feedback. I feel confident that my mother is getting care 24 by 7. The communication is good, and I get right through to speak to someone about my loved one.
My father is well at this community. He is being cared for very well at this community. The staff is great.

I have lived here in the town of Bourne almost my entire life. I married my high school sweetheart and together we raised three amazing sons who so far have blessed us with two beautiful grandchildren. I love spending time with my family, cruise vacations, trips to Florida, golfing, boating, and weekends in the mountains of New Hampshire.
Twenty years ago, I decided to make a career change and enter into the healthcare field. I found my true calling working with the senior population. I worked in a long- term care setting for 15 years before making the decision to accept the position of Director of Operations at Keystone Place at Buzzards Bay back in 2017. Over the last four years I have been fortunate to build amazing relationships with all the wonderful residents that call Keystone home. We are all one big happy family. I was honored to be promoted to the Executive Director position in December 2020.
As your Executive Director, I will always strive to go above and beyond in my role to bring the highest level of satisfaction to all residents, their families and all our amazing staff. I will be very hands on and available to assist wherever needed.

Youâve likely seen the headlines circulating – the long-awaited Covid-19 vaccine is finally here!
Our entire Keystone family has been devoted to weathering the COVID storm, and we are overjoyed to celebrate this long-anticipated news along with our wonderful residents, prospective residents and all of their loved ones!
The Advisory Committee to the CDC has advised that residents of Senior Housing Communities be in the highest priority group known as âPhase 1aâ to receive the vaccine.
What you need to know:
âKeystone residents will jump near the front of the line for the vaccineâs potential life-saving protection from this devastating virus.
âThe vaccine will be offered at no cost to residents and staff.
â Keystone communities are registered to have our beloved residents and staff members vaccinated if they choose. Vaccines will be administered by CVS pharmacy staff during on-site vaccination clinics.
â While information is arriving daily, we fully expect distribution of the vaccine to our communities to begin within the next two weeks.
â Seniors that live in personal, stand-alone residences are not currently included in the priority group, meaning that older adults living on their own may not have access to the vaccine until later in 2021. This is an enormous benefit for older adults that live at Keystone communities.
