Everyone here is very accommodating and friendly. the activates are great.

Our virtual tour was fine. We had to go back and ask to see the memory care area, and they were happy to accommodate. I thought our tour was the best it could be for a virtual tour, and I have to give them credit for that. That’s likely not an easy task. We didn’t find anything wrong with Manorhouse We just found a place we thought would be a better fit for our loved one.

It seems to be a good place, it’s a small community with a good environment, I feel there is more personalized attention here. I would definitely recommend this community to others

We have had a great experience. Family owned and operated business that really does it the right way. Staff are friendly and truly love their residents. The Chef is great and takes suggestions from the residents each month during resident council meetings and then cooks the residents’ special meals that they request. The courtyard gardens are a great safe outdoor space for everyone and the special family nights are always a blast. Manorhouse has been around a long time and their long term employees have the experience needed in this environment.

Be informed business first care second , bad experience with this facility. State has open case on my complaint.

The Knoxville marketer is very inappropriate! I would never send another family member to Manor House because of her and her behavior in the community. She is a terrible representative of this business.
