way over priced. horrible care, revolving door, constant staff turnover and having to deal with new staff. at times has not been very clean. managent staff extremely rude and does not deal with issues appropriately. would not reccomend to anyone. Grandma has been very unhappy with her care, left alone alot when she is fully capable of participating in activities. Her hygiene has not been maintained. her room constantly smells like urine and dead cats from her roomate. she tells me how horrible the food is everytime i visit. she has lost alot of weight since moving in not illness related. issues at millpond are about impossible to deal with and would never reccomend or wish this place on anyone. i feel very bad for my grandma and wish i could get her out of there and to somewhere cleaner and where she recieves proper care.
