I liked the concept of the individual houses and the patient to attendant ratio at Mustang Creek Estates, which is why we chose it for my mom. She was only there a short time, but we loved the facility and we loved Becky, the administrator. She was awesome and cared so much about Mother in just a short time. Some of the girls who worked there went out of their way to make sure that we were getting all the help that we needed. The food was good. We were extremely pleased. I absolutely adored them. Even the residents were so caring and always asking about Mother and how she was doing. The staff was excellent and they even do a great job in keeping the residents active. It was just an extremely good environment for her to be in. It always smelled clean there and it looked clean. Everyone was well taken care of. I’m so glad we had moved my mom there. It was just a pleasant surprise to see how much attention they gave to my mom and to the family, so I was just really thrilled. Becky even came to my mom’s funeral and the whole family was just impressed with her and the care they gave Mother.
