I like the care from this commuity. We find that the staff goes out of there way to make sure that he is taken care of very well. He was happy with the meals on the menu. The activiites were always helpful to keep active. We would recommend this community for the good care and value that is offered to other families.
Big Fan of this place, I go and see my mom all the time at the adult day care they have and she loves it . They always have someGames, news paper stuff, bingo, ice cream!!! Going on. There are some people that live here too they look pretty well fed lol.
My parents love it here, first they started with the day care now they moved it and couldn’t be happier.
Spoke to a lady on the phone that couldnt give me concrete answers unless I came in. Drove by the facility. While the building doesnt look too bad on the outside, it seemed empty. There werent many lights on. I didnt see any cars in the parking lot besides a couple of Mercedes in the entrance, probably the owners. It was difficult to find. I had to pass by a couple of abandon buildings and a rundown motel to finally get to the facility. I dont know I just dont get that warm safe feeling. Call me crazy, but it feels like something is not right with this facility.

I have nothing but good things to say about Opal and I consider myself a tough critic. My husband has attended Day Care and respite at Opal, Horizon for over 2 years and I have found it always to be immaculate. The rooms definitely feel like a hotel, large private rooms with sitting areas and updated clean private bathrooms. My fussy husband enjoys all the meals as well as the treats and snacks throughout the day. The best of all is the love and care he gets from this amazing staff. I can leave and know he is safe, clean and happy. If you are in need for your loved one you must visit Opal. It has been a blessing to our family.

My mother has been attending Day Care for a while and she has never been happier. Mom is social again and really enjoys the attention from the staff. So much, in fact, that we converted her to live there full time. Thank you Opal for taking the time with me and my family for this transition. We made the right choice!
