Michelle Kane Memory Care Director
Michelle has worked with people with dementia and Alzheimers Disease for over 10 years and found it to be her passion. She graduated from the University of Findlay with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration but started working with seniors because she cared deeply for her grandparents. Michele wants to ensure that when seniors move to a senior living community, each will be provided great care: emotional, physical, and spiritual. I truly believe that someone living with dementia is still there and it is our job as caregivers to find them.
Lesley Smiley Director Of Sales And Marketing
With more than 20 years of combined experience in sales, marketing, and community outreach, Lesley is focused on helping others achieve their goals. For twelve years prior to joining Danbury Senior Living, Lesley worked with seniors and became a true advocate for them as her residents. Her no-pressure approach and passion for helping the aging population led her to Danbury Westerville. Hardworking, dedicated, and creative, Lesley is committed to always doing her best to assist in any way possible and feels her job is done well only when her residents feel good about the decisions theyve made working with her.
