Response from Sunrise at Wood Ranch

Hi Cheryl, Thank you for the wonderful things you said about Sunrise at Wood Ranch and the dedicated care givers and team members. Our residents are part of the Sunrise family and we take enormous pride in having the privilege to take care of them.

Good community. The building is a little older and the community looked cleaned. The amount was more than we expected.

Response from Sunrise at Wood Ranch

Hi Gordon, We are sorry that you are disappointed but appreciate your feedback. We are committed to providing you with a great experience and encourage you to contact us at information@sunriseseniorliving.com so that we can learn more. The Sunrise Team

We thought the Sunrise at Wood Ranch community was just amazing and we really appreciated everything they did for our loved one. Our loved ones room was always very clean and the staff members were just amazing. They were so supportive and always gave a lot of personal contact and touches to our family. We liked how they have separate floors and separate areas depending on the “health state” of the residents, we thought that was very respectful.

Response from Sunrise at Wood Ranch

When I went on this tour we were not very pleased with the room size. The rooms were very tiny and made you feel like you couldn’t breathe in them.
