Integrated Real Estate Group Begins Construction Of Isle At Watercrest
Integrated Real Estate Group, parent company of Watercrest at Mansfield, has announced that construction is underway on Isle at Watercrest, a full service, stand-alone assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing community located in Mansfield, Texas. Scheduled to open in early 2011, the community will have a total of 123 apartments including 49 assisted living apartments, 26 memory support apartments and 25 skilled nursing rooms.
We are excited to bring this new and distinctive assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing community to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, said Rick Simmons, owner of the Watercrest developer group, Integrated Real Estate Group. We look forward to providing high quality care to the seniors and families of the Mansfield area and surrounding communities for many years to come.
Reviews For Watercrest At Mansfield
The meals and dining service can sometimes be a hit or a miss we do know right now they are having trouble keeping a cook around. We have not participate in many activities as of yet, but what we have done they are good. It is an adjustment for us, and we like the apartment but are looking into moving into one of their villas that backs up to the lake but there is a waiting list. We would recommend this community to others.
The process of them helping us determine if they were a good fit for our family was very tailored and was actually focused more on my mom as the caregiver than on my dad. Every place else was really focused on what he wanted and needed. But Watercrest actually focused on my mom as the caregiver, because if she doesn’t have what she needs, then she can’t help him fully. Also, their pricing was were more all-inclusive, so it’s more cost-effective. And they provide multiple meals a day every day except Sunday, which was another plus.
I would tell others this has been a great experience for me. I am comfortable here as well. They are friendly, considerate and helpful here towards the residents.Some of the activities they have available include Mass, church services, bingo, happy hour, and more for the residents to choose from.

The tour was great and very nice and gave me the information that I needed about the community. I was able to see everything that I needed about this community.
My mother was in the extended care, so her situation was a little bit different. The staff were all wonderful and very attentive. We were very happy to have found this facility and would recommend to others looking and already have.
They talk a very good game, but they don’t have any action. They say they’re going to do all these things for you, but nothing ever gets done. I don’t care for the food. If you like sandwiches, I guess it’s okay. I feel the value is horrible. They charge you for everything. They even charge you to send your reports in to the insurance company. The only good thing about it is they’ll put your haircuts on your bill for you.
I think this is as good as it gets. I would recommend this community to others.
We chose Isle at Watercrest Mansfield at the time because of what they had to offer. The room sizes here were great, definitely the biggest out of others that we saw. Especially the bathrooms, they were HUGE and it was the selling point for him. I ate here with him almost every night, the food was excellent. They have a chef on site who prepares the meals. The best part about this community was knowing that my dad was cared for and that they genuinely loved their residents. I would absolutely recommend and have.

Community Care for the Aged and Disabled /Community Attendant Services
The CCAD program and CAS programs are both administered by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services. These programs help senior citizens to pay for home care or assisted living services. They also cover things such as adult day care and meal delivery.
