Reviews For The Waterford At Roxbury Park
It is a lovely facility and would be good for a person who is independent and does not need any type of care. They are not truthful in the services that they will provide for their residents. They are supposed to be level 1-5 care, my mom went in as a level 1 and they did not provide my mom the adequate care she needed. They did not return any of our calls. My mom called me to tell me she fell and after being in the hospital, they would not take her back. I would not recommend them to others.
This is closer to skilled nursing than it is to assisted living. There is not much for the residents to do. They do not have many activities for the residents. The people in the office are friendly but could be more organized and the staff that work the floor are friendly.
My father in law was there for only a few weeks unfortunately. While he was there he, and our whole family, was treated with respect and unfailingly pleasant employees.
When I first walked in here, I was immediately depressed. I knew right away that my Dad wouldnt want to live here. Hes a very lively man with a lot of energy and this place was very dark and gloomy. Even just walking up to the facility, there was a woman sitting out front with her walker and she looked depressed. The girl that gave us the tour was nice and everything, but it wasnt for us. It didnt feel right to have my Dad live here.
Great tour but prices at this time to high for consideration.
